Ticket Regulations

Inclement Weather Policy

In case of adverse weather conditions or any other unforeseen reasons which escape the control of the organization, which may affect the schedule of play at the Estoril Open 2012, the following policy shall apply:

1.The matches that are part of a “daily session” of the event are scheduled and announced on the eve of that day, as per the international regulations;

2. The scheduling of such matches is subject to changes throughout the day, related to the planned timing and/or court; however, tickets are not eligible for refund or exchange due to one or more changes in the event's schedule of play;

3. Daily Tickets – Tickets are only eligible for refund in case a daily session is cancelled;

4. A daily session shall only be considered cancelled after being confirmed by the organization, in the following cases:
a) “Recinto” and/or “Jovem” Tickets – If none of the matches scheduled for that day (Center court excluded) has been completed;
b) “Court Central” Tickets – If none of the matches scheduled for that day on Center court has been completed;

5. In case a daily session is canceled, “Recinto” and/or “Jovem” tickets may be refunded or exchanged, as per the ticket holder's choice;
i. Exchange of “Recinto” and/or “Jovem” tickets for following daily sessions can only be made at the temporary box office located at the Estádio Nacional Tennis Complex;

6. “Court Central” tickets are only valid for one day and cannot be used nor exchanged for following daily sessions; in case that a daily session is canceled, tickets for such day can only be refunded;
i. In such case that the last daily session of the tournament (Sunday) is postponed to the following day (Monday), as per the ATP World Tour/WTA regulations, tickets valid for Sunday may be used on the following day (Monday), or be refunded, as per the ticket holder's choice;

7. “Collection” and “Christmas Pack” Tickets – In case a daily session is canceled, the “collection” or “Christmas Pack” ticket holder is entitled to a refund for the value of the corresponding daily ticket;

8. This “Inclement weather policy” does not apply to hospitality ticket packages, such as “Box Seats” and “Premium Seats”, unless the “Village” has also been closed and the hospitality services not been made available throughout the daily session.

All refund requests must be made on a specific date TBA, according to the following procedures:

− Tickets bought and paid through the internet – the refund request must be made in writing through the same electronic mail that was used for buying the ticket, and the correspondent refund shall be made to the same bank account;

−Tickets bought and not paid through internet – the refund request must be made at the same location where the ticket was bought, so that the ticket purchase may be electronically confirmed and refunded accordingly;

− Tickets bought at the temporary box office located at the Estádio Nacional Tennis Complex – since such box office closes at the end of the event, the corresponding refund request must be made at the box office of the Pavilhão Atlântico in Lisbon.

“Christmas Pack” – Regarding the VIP entrances related to this pack, the buyers will be contacted by the tournament promoter in order to assure the easiest way of processing the receiving of those entrances. For that, during the purchase process, the buyer can be asked to give a personal contact in order to be reached for this matter. The VIP entrances will give access to the Estoril Open Sponsors Village only on the tournament's first weekend, with one “Christmas Pack” offering two entrances only (one for Saturday, April 28th, and the other for Sunday, April 29th).

Gambling – No ticket holder may continually collect, disseminate, transmit, publish or release from the tournament grounds any match scores or related statistical data during match play, for any commercial and/or gambling purposes.
